Let's talk about the past year. A lot happened.

We received funding, expanded our team and became a serious contender in the personalization space. On top of our famous serverless architecture, we delivered full funnel, 1:1 personalization at scale - something that was previously impossible, except for the largest websites.

The result? Media attention increased, and more and more customers are joining. Substantial innovation subsidies were granted. Even Twitter gave us the Twitter handle @unless.

So, I am happy.

In 2019, we will be fully betting on machine learning and AI. A few months ago, we composed a team of brilliant data scientists who already released the first version of our "suggested audiences". This will allow you to segment your traffic by human metrics: like the probability of visitor success, their attention span, their expected engagement or the likelihood that they will come back later.
