Your first month, minimum
A valid payment card is required to activate the plan. Your plan starts the day you sign up, and if you cancel inside the first two weeks you pay only what you used above the €50 credit.
One outcome costs €0.99, in your first two weeks and every month after. The subscription bills a minimum of 100 outcomes per billing month, which puts the floor at €99, and everything above the floor is metered one outcome at a time.
€50 of starting credit sits on the account from day one and comes off what you owe. Because of the €99 floor, that credit is always used up inside your first invoice, so a first month that runs the whole way costs €49 at a minimum. Your billing month runs from the exact date you sign up and repeats on that date.

What counts
You pay for results, not for traffic.
An outcome is recorded when UNLESS does the job it was set up to do in an interaction. That is either a resolution, where the agent answers at least one real question with no human needed, or a procedure handoff, where a configured Procedure passes the customer to a person or a workflow with full context.
One interaction is one outcome, no matter how many steps the agent takes inside it. Misfires cost nothing.

Your first two weeks
Cancel any time in your first two weeks.
Your plan starts the day you sign up. There is no separate trial to convert, and no phase where the product works differently. For the first 14 days you can cancel whenever you want, and it takes effect immediately.
No monthly minimum applies inside those 14 days. You pay for the outcomes you actually used, minus the €50 of starting credit, and the total never drops below zero. If you used €12 of outcomes, you owe nothing. If you used €92, you owe €42.
Cancel inside the window having used more than €50, and the invoice for the difference comes at cancellation. Otherwise your first invoice arrives one month after signup.
Stay past day 14 and nothing dramatic happens. The plan continues at €0.99 per outcome with the 100-outcome monthly minimum, and your first month costs €49 at a minimum, because the €50 credit comes off the €99 floor.
From then on, cancellation takes effect at your next monthly renewal date. You pay the month you are in, and nothing after that.

Do I need a payment card to start?

What does my first month cost?

Does the €50 credit expire?
No. It sits on the account from signup with no expiry date and reduces what you owe. Because the plan carries a €99 monthly floor, the credit is always used up inside your first invoice.

Who charges my card?
Rocket Launcher B.V., the company behind Unless, is the merchant of record for all Flex charges. It is registered at Panamalaan 8-D, 1019 AZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with VAT number NL856013389B01. Charges appear on your card statement as RL.
Is Flex the full platform or a limited version?
The full platform. Flex is not a cut-down demo. You get the Customer Agent, the Team Assistant, and the auto-generated Help Center, all running on Living Knowledge, Living Memory, and Living Context, with EU data residency, the Privacy Vault, and the per-decision audit trail included.
Where does our data live?
In the EU, by default, from the first day. PII is filtered and tokenized at the gateway before any call to a third-party generative model, and every decision is captured in the audit trail. Compliance is how the platform is built, not something a plan tier waives.
Can I switch to Fixed later?
Yes. Most teams that start on Flex move to Fixed once volume justifies a predictable budget, or once procurement asks for an SLA and a named account manager. You can move across at any time.
