Subscriptions have a minimum initial term of 13 months, including a one-time, free pilot phase during which they can be canceled without payment obligation. After the successful completion of the pilot phase, the full subscription term will be invoiced.

Our subscriptions are practically flat fee. They contain several fair use limits, though. This is because usage is equal to cost for us, and we would like to avoid the situation where we make a loss.

A conversation is essentially a user session, in which a user sees and interacts with the conversational components, either by messaging or in any other way.

A response means that a user directly interacted with the messaging component, resulting in the AI returning a message. This message is what we call a response. It is more or less equal to one of your users asking a question, possibly saving you a churned user or a customer support ticket.
